l     Most orders take 7-9 days for delivery. Please allow 14 days for delivery of your handbags in extreme case.

l       Delivery ONLY to the address assigned to the credit card user.

l       You are responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

l     You are responsible for any government charges when the package arrives to your Country.  You assume ALL costs. 

RETURNS:

We are certain that you will find your purchase from TOPTOPBAG to your complete satisfaction as each item is hand inspected for quality control.  We understand however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.

If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately.

We will then provide instruction on where to return your bag(s). You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund.  A 15% restocking fee will apply. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued.

Please take under consideration that the returned package will be returned to China.  Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.

• A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
